Install VLC Media Player first: https://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html

1) Enable UPnP in Windows: https://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch001367.htm;
2) Run VLC and go to Playlist -> UPnP protocol
3) Wait several seconds. If UPnP is unblocked, you'll see DLNA media servers.

Possible issue: non-latin interface name. Rename it.
